A LITTLE ABOUT ME

After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a political science degree I worked for 3.5 years at a law firm as a paralegal. After considering my future, I decided I wanted to go in a different direction and decided to persue something that would combine my lifelong interest in technology and my problem solving skills, while also giving me a fulfulling and interesting career. After exploring my options on how to acheive this, I found App Academy where I learned the skills that allowed me to create modern web applications, a few of which you will find below. As tech is an ever evolving field I plan to continue to keep up with the latest trends in order keep my skillset fresh.

Hang

Hang is a collaberation and chat app that allows you to communicate with coworkers and friends. It is built with Rails, React, Redux and PostgreSQL. Additionally it utilizes websockets for live chat. Inspired by Slack.

Metris is a classic shape stacking, puzzle game based on Tetris, where the aim is to create as many full lines as possible. It is built with HTML5 Canvas and Javascript.
